Scientific Writing
My background
After completing my PhD in the neurobiological control of appetite and obesity I worked as a Medical Writer for almost 15 years.
It was my job to help research, write, and edit a variety of educational materials on behalf of the pharmaceutical and medical industries.

Since completing my MSc in Sports Therapy I have started applying these skills to the field of Sport and Exercise Science.
My area of expertise
I specialize in the application of corrective exercise, with particular interest in the effects of exercise across the female lifespan.
This includes menopausal health, longevity, osteoporosis and sarcopenia, appetite regulation and GLP-1s, as well as REDs and overtraining syndrome.
Every project is different, but the key deliverables I produce include systematic reviews, white papers, CPD courses, and evidence-based rehabilitation programmes.
