What is Sports Therapy?

Sports Therapy is similar to Physiotherapy in that both professions can assess, treat, and rehabilitate injuries

However, while Physiotherapists train across multiple disciplines including cardiovascular, neurology, and oncology, Sports Therapy has a more specific focus on musculoskeletal injuries, and on facilitating your return to sport

Do I have to be injured to see you?

Not at all

Many people come to see me for maintenance treatments to keep stiff and sore muscles at bay

I also offer ongoing fitness training for people who want to stay strong, perform at their best, and prevent injuries from occurring in the first place

Are you accredited and insured?

Yes

I completed a Masters degree in Sports Therapy at London Metropolitan University, which is one of a handful of postgraduate degrees that is accredited by the Society of Sports Therapists (https://thesst.org/our-background-aims/)(SST)

I am also fully insured with the SST for all my Sports Therapy work

This website is operated by THRIVE Sports Therapy, a Sports Therapy service based in Brighton, UK.
